- Buy cut up beef from grocery.
- Go home open said beef and curse because the shit is bad.
- Drive back to grocery, forgetting original receipt.
- Go home with new beef and throw it on a skillet with some fancy oil.
- Cook for somewhere between 5 minutes and 20 minutes.
- In this time open beer.
- Cut up some vegetables too. Something that looks Asian-y. Water chestnuts, peppers, onions, snap peas?
- Remove beef and put veggies in skillet.
- Everything will look a bit dry so try putting some Asian-y liquids in it. Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, beer.
- Cook for somewhere between 10 minutes and 45 minutes.
- Boil water for fancy looking noodles.
- Remove fancy looking noodles and notice that they look like Ramen noodles, although they were not cheap like Ramen.
- Boil for 3 minutes. No more no less.
- Drain and rinse in cold water for some unknown reason.
- Check out veggies. Look for some kinda Asian-y spices. Ginger, pepper, beer. Add some of those.
- When the veggies are finished remember that you forgot the snap peas. Add them in QUICK!
- Add beef and heat a bit more.
- If stir fry looks dry try adding more soy sauce/oil/broth/beer.
- Serve beef mixture atop fancy noodles.
- Enjoy. Or try to.

I'm not a fan of recipe sharing, but this one is awesome and super easy. My friend gave it to me and I am giving it to you! I have used summer squash as well as zucchini. Let me know if you try it.

4 large eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup nuts
½ cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350˚. Make sure the oven rack is placed so the top of the pan is in the center of the oven.
Grease 2 8”x4” pans or equivalent.
Stir first 5 ingredients together (zuc – eggs)
Stir in rest of the ingredients except for the raisins and nuts.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Cook for 50 – 60 minutes.
